Roger Howell Fund
The Roger Howell Fund was established in May 1962 by colleagues and former students in honor of Dr. Roger Howell’s retirement as Dean of the University of Maryland School of Law after 31 years of service. Scholarships are awarded to deserving students enrolled in the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law based on scholastic achievement and financial need.
