Milton Talkin Scholarship Fund

The Milton Talkin Scholarship Fund was established in January 1983 through the generosity of the family and friends of Milton Talkin, distinguished graduate of the School of Law. The purpose of the Milton Talkin Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarship support to students who are enrolled in the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law based on financial need.
