Grace Elgin Hartley Scholarship Fund

The Grace Elgin Hartley Scholarship Fund was established in 1981. The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship award to a deserving University of Maryland School of Nursing student, who will be selected on academic accomplishment, potential and financial need.
