Florence S. Downs Scholarship Fund

The Florence S. Downs Scholarship Fund was established in 1997. The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship for a full-time student enrolled in the Graduate Program at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. The annual scholarship will be awarded to a student who shows promise and excellence in academic performance and demonstrates a financial need.
