Christine A. Edwards Scholarship Fund

The Christine A. Edwards Scholarship Fund was established in November 1999 to honor Christine A. Edwards, distinguished graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Class of 1983 and the current Chair of the School of Law’s Board of Visitors.

The purpose of the fund is to provide one or more scholarships to female students enrolled at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Selection of the scholarship recipients is based on good academic standing, financial need and obstacles overcome, and focuses on students with an interest in banking, securities, or commercial law.
