Levin & Gann Scholarship Endowment
The Levin & Gann Award for Excellence was established in 2004 through the generosity of Levin & Gann, P.A. to honor and celebrate the life and career of Calman A. Levin, Class of 1953. The original purpose of the fund was to provide an annual award to a student excelling in the area of testamentary law, estates and trusts, and/or business law. The award was given to a second-year law student whose candidacy was determined by academic achievement and faculty recommendation.
In July 2015, the leadership at Levin & Gann, P.A. amended the fund and graciously made a new commitment. The fund is now know as the Levin & Gann Scholarship Endowment for the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and provides an annual scholarship to a law student excelling in the area of testamentary law, estates and trusts, and/or business law. The scholarship is awarded to a second-year law student whose candidacy is determined by academic achievement and faculty recommendation.
