The Judge Ellen M. Heller and Shale D. Stiller, Esq. Scholarship Endowment was established in December 2005 through the generosity of The Honorable Ellen M. Heller, Class of 1977, and Shale D. Stiller, Esq. The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarship support for students enrolled in the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law who demonstrate high academic achievement and financial need.
