The COL (RET) Carol A. and LTC (RET) Michael F. Huebner Doctoral Scholarship Endowment was established in 2014. The purpose of the fund is to provide endowed scholarship support for doctoral nursing students at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and financial need.
