Carol Drake, A.R.N.P. (B.S.N., '68) Scholarship Endowment
The Carol Drake, A.R.N.P. (B.S.N., ’68) Scholarship Endowment was established in 2014. The purpose of the fund is to provide endowed scholarship support for students enrolled in the undergraduate program at the University of Maryland School of Nursing. Scholarships are awarded to United States citizens or permanent residents based on academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.
In the future, if both the citizenship and permanent resident qualifications are not allowed by law or policy applicable to scholarship endowments for the School, then scholarship awards shall be restricted to students who are determined to be eligible for in-state tuition rates based on their Maryland residency classification.
