Presidential Scholarship Fund

The Presidential Scholarship Fund was established in 2004 by the family and friends of Dr. David J. Ramsay in honor of his tenth anniversary as President of the University of Maryland, Baltimore. The purpose of the fund is to provide endowed support for students enrolled at the University. Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and financial need.
