Sylvia and Ephraim Lisansky Scholarship Endowment

The Sylvia and Ephraim Lisansky Scholarship Endowment was established by Mrs. Sylvia Lisansky, MSW ’70, in memory of her husband, Ephraim Lisansky, MD, ’37. Originally created as a lectureship in 1995, the fund was changed to a scholarship in 2008. The purpose of the fund is to provide endowed scholarship support for students enrolled at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
