Betty and Leonard Golombek Scholarship for Social Work Community Outreach Service

The Betty and Leonard Golombek Scholarship for Social Work Community Outreach Service was established in 2007. The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarship support for students enrolled at the University of Maryland School of Social Work who are doing their field internships through the Social Work Community Outreach Service (SWCOS). Scholarships are awarded to students based on academic achievement and demonstrated financial need.
