PNC Scholarship Endowment

The PNC Scholarship Endowment was created in 2002. The purpose of the fund is to provide one or more annual scholarships for students enrolled in a professional program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

On August 31, 2009, the name of the fund was changed from “The Mercantile Scholarship Fund” to the current name by an amended MOU following the acquisition of Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company by PNC Bank, National Association.
